01 / PRIVACY

Understand your data path.

The current privacy policy describes different content lifecycles for synchronous and batch requests. Uncollected batch results may remain available for up to 24 hours.

Zero Data Retention (ZDR) is available for paid subscriptions, depending on the selected plan. Its scope and covered endpoints are defined in the applicable plan terms. Poland-only processing requires a separately agreed scope.

02 / RELIABILITY

Check service visibility.

The public status page reports monitoring observations. Missing or stale measurements should be treated as unknown.

A public status percentage is not a contractual SLA. Availability, capacity, response times and recovery commitments require an enterprise agreement.

03 / SECURITY

Ask for scoped evidence.

Kacper Wikiel owns the security and compliance program and handles enterprise security enquiries. Contact him to define the controls and evidence relevant to your deployment.

We do not currently claim ISO certification, a SOC 2 report or a completed independent penetration test.

04 / PROCUREMENT

Specify the service you need.

Enterprise contract materials are being prepared: order form, service agreement, DPA, SLA, acceptable-use and security schedules.

Subprocessor disclosures, processing locations, support coverage and recovery targets must be finalized for the contracted service before signature.
