Free API keys and demos use standard content retention of up to 30 days, with authorized review for safety, troubleshooting and quality. Free data may support model improvement and training; users can switch to a separate Free API (compatibility tests) product without model improvement. Data controls.
Zero Data Retention (ZDR) is available only on paid plans. The Coding Plan includes ZDR for chat completions authenticated with a subscription key. Scope and exclusions are specified in the plan terms. Stateful services have separate retention rules. Poland-only processing requires a separately agreed scope.

Check service visibility.
The public status page reports monitoring observations. Missing or stale measurements should be treated as unknown.
A public status percentage is not a contractual SLA. Availability, capacity, response times and recovery commitments require an enterprise agreement.

We do not currently claim ISO certification, a SOC 2 report or a completed independent penetration test.

04 / PROCUREMENT
Specify the service you need.
Enterprise contract materials are being prepared: order form, service agreement, DPA, SLA, acceptable-use and security schedules.
Subprocessor disclosures, processing locations, support coverage and recovery targets must be finalized for the contracted service before signature.
