VERSION 2026-09-26-PLAN-V1
Fabryka Coding Plan
These terms describe the monthly coding subscription and supplement the Fabryka API terms. For this subscription, the monthly price and fair-use conditions below replace the API’s credit-based pricing. The privacy policy also applies.
1. Provider and contact
Kacper Wikiel, trading as Fabryka AI, Aleja Jerzego Waszyngtona 12/14 lok. 40, 03-910 Warszawa, Poland. NIP: 9522079063; REGON: 542074504. Support and complaints: k.wikiel@gmail.com.
2. Price and recurring billing
The subscription costs $20 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes displayed by Stripe before payment. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. There is no free trial and no per-token overage charge for covered use. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fees. Stripe processes payments and stores your payment details; Fabryka does not receive your full card details.
3. Access and included models
Create or sign in to a Fabryka account before payment. After Stripe confirms the paid subscription, generate a subscription API key in your account. Use https://fabryka.ai/v1 with a compatible coding agent. The plan covers the models offered by that endpoint, including Qwen 3.8 27B and Bielik 11B v3, subject to availability and model-specific features. It provides API access, not an agent, hosted computer or dedicated GPU. Keep your key private.
4. Reasonably unlimited use
One subscription covers one person’s everyday coding, including professional work: code generation, refactoring, debugging, test writing and agent tool calls. There is no monthly token allowance or token-based overage bill. Each subscriber may run one active generation at a time, shared across all their keys. You may create up to five keys for your own devices.
Shared capacity and each model’s context and output limits apply. Concurrent requests and busy periods may return HTTP 429 with a retry delay; configure your agent to retry with backoff. We do not promise uninterrupted generation, a fixed speed or a maximum waiting time. Account sharing, resale, serving third-party production traffic, automated dataset generation and continuous bulk workloads are not covered. Do not bypass limits with multiple accounts. Misuse may lead to access suspension; contact support for larger workloads.
5. Cancellation and failed payments
Open Manage billing / cancel in your account to cancel future renewals in Stripe. Access continues to the end of the paid period unless suspended for misuse. If renewal is unpaid or the subscription expires, new requests using subscription keys are refused. Updating a payment method and settling the invoice restores access after Stripe confirms payment. Your account shows the paid-through date and subscription status.
6. Delivery, refunds and complaints
By subscribing you request access to start after payment confirmation. If a payment succeeds but access is unavailable, contact support using your account email. Cancellation stops future renewals; refund requests and complaints are handled through support, subject to applicable consumer rights and the consumer provisions of the API terms. Consumers may withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days of concluding it. Send a clear withdrawal statement to the support email above, including your name and account email. If you requested immediate access, payment proportionate to service already provided may be due. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. Complaints receive a response within 14 days.
7. Service and changes
Models can produce incorrect output; review code and tool actions before use. Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upstream outages or capacity constraints. Model availability and technical limits are shown through the API and documentation. Material changes to the subscription price or conditions will be communicated before they apply to an existing customer’s next renewal.
8. Account data
Fabryka stores your account email, password hash, session tokens as hashes, API key hashes, subscription identifiers, billing status and technical usage records. Stripe receives billing information needed to process and manage the subscription. See the privacy policy for information about inference data and your rights. For account recovery or deletion, contact support.
