Chat API: zero content retention

Fabryka chat completions use application-level zero data retention, including free API keys. Prompt and response content is processed in memory and is not stored in the gateway request database or the free prompt collection. Free requests are not used for model improvement. Commons enrolment and contributions are paused.

No policy acknowledgement or special privacy header is required to use POST /v1/chat/completions. Existing keys continue to work. The policy-acknowledgement HTTP 428 gate has been removed.

Account, billing, request IDs, model names, token counts, timing, quota and other operational metadata remain. Existing free allowances, credits, shared capacity and model limits still apply. ZDR does not mean unlimited access.

Scope

This temporary ZDR operation applies to /v1/chat/completions, both streaming and nonstreaming. Queued batches and browser demo endpoints have separate storage behavior and are not covered by this statement. Free prompt observability capture is disabled across endpoints. This change applies to new requests; it does not claim deletion of previously retained content or an independent infrastructure audit.
